Under the authority of section 4 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor, by Commission under the Great Seal of the Province, appoint ­­­­­­­­­­­­­the Honourable Kathy Dunderdale to the Executive Council of the Province as the Minister of Natural Resources and Minister Responsible for the Forestry and Agrifoods Agency, with effect from October 30, 2007.
