Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mr. Paul Alexander as the Assistant Deputy Minister – Marine Transportation (Lewisporte) in the Department of Transportation and Works, effective August 6, 2007, with salary at Step 20 of the 1560 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, and with 100% relocation expenses to be paid along the lines of government’s policy on relocation in accordance with a letter on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
