Under the authority of section 26.1 of the Pippy Park Commission Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby approves the 2003 C.A. Pippy Park Commission Master Plan, a copy of which is on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, with the exception effective immediately there shall be a moratorium imposed on development in the C.A. Pippy Park pending receipt and approval by Cabinet of a new master plan.  Excluded from the moratorium on development are:

i) the Easter Seals House to be located on Mount Scio Road; and

ii) the YMCA/YWCA facility proposed for Higgins Line/Ridge Road.
