Under the authority of section 6 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the Honourable Tom Marshall as Acting Minister of Justice for the purpose of the Cameron Commission of Inquiry, in addition to his responsibilities as Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board, effective July 12, 2007.
