Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Ms. Rachelle Cochrane as Deputy Minister of the Office of Public Engagement within Executive Council, effective April 16, 2014, at her current salary until July 4, 2014, and with salary at Step 25 on the 2228 Point Scale effective July 5, 2014, when her acting appointment in the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation ends, with normal step progressions, if applicable, and general salary increases applicable to Executive to apply, and with a position description to be forwarded to the Human Resource Secretariat for classification within one year of her date of appointment, the outcome of which is to place her, retroactive to April 16, 2014, at the salary step that is closest to, without being less than, the salary at which she has been appointed herein as of July 5, 2014.
