Under the authority of section 17(2) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Department of Natural Resources to reduce Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited’s debt regarding its share of the 2006-07 Insect Control Program by a further $500,000 in consideration of the Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited’s agreement to purchase northern peninsula wood at 2005 levels.
