Under the authority of section 54 of the Constitution Act, 1867, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to move that His Honour the Lieutenant Governor cause a message to be delivered to the Honourable Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board recommending Supplementary Supply 2005-2006 in the amount of $4,000,000.
