Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds in the amount of $6,000,000 against its budgetary appropriations in 2015/16 to facilitate the award of a contract to J-1 Contracting Limited for the rehabilitation of portions of Route 360.
