Under the authority of sections 10 and 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 7 of the Intergovernmental Affairs Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Health and Community Services and the Minister of Justice and Attorney General and Minister for Intergovernmental Affairs to sign the Amendment to A Memorandum of Agreement Respecting Federal Contributions to Youth Justice Services and Programs, as well as any future amendments to this Agreement of a non-substantive nature, without further reference to Cabinet.
