Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation to pre-commit up to $177,450 in new resources against its 2006-2007 budgetary appropriations to support the design, construction and delivery of visitor information services by the St. John’s International Airport Authority at the St. John’s International Airport.
