Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit funds in the amount of $10,990,000 against its budgetary appropriations in 2015/16 to facilitate the award of a contract to Pomerleau Inc. for the construction of a new molecular imaging facility to house a PET scanner.
