Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, to pre-commit up to $152,450 against its 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 budgetary appropriations to support the delivery of visitor information services by the St. John’s International Airport Authority at the St. John’s International Airport.
