Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $390,100, $652,300, $531,600, $91,300 and $53,900 against its budgetary appropriations under Building Utilities and Maintenance for fiscal years 2006-07, 2007-08, 2008-09, 2009-10 and 2010-11 respectively, to facilitate the awarding of various service contracts as denoted in the attached Annex 1 of the Minister’s Submission.
