Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit funds of $1,313,575 against its budgetary appropriations for 2006-07, to facilitate the refit of the vessel the MV Gallipoli ( Ramea-Burgeo-Grey River Ferry Service).
