Under the authority of section 19.1 of the Fishing Industry Collective Bargaining Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following to the Special Fish Price-Setting Panel, effective from a current date:

         i)  Mr. Joseph O’Neill, Chairperson, for a three year term;

         ii)  Mr. Bill Wells, Regular Member, for a two year term; and

        iii)  Mr. Max Short, Regular Member, for a one year term.
