Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister Responsible for the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit up to $1,400,000 in 2019-20, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate a one-year contract extension with Bell Canada for the provision of Wide Area Data Network and Internet Services for the term of April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020.
