Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit $1,100,000 in 2019-20 and 2020-21 and $2,200,000 in 2021-22 and 2022-23, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate a four-year contract with Oracle Corporation for the support and maintenance of Oracle software products.
