Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit up to $3,720,000 against its budgetary appropriations in 2019-20 to facilitate a one-year extension with Bell Canada for real-time claim adjudication services for the Newfoundland and Labrador Prescription Drug Program.
