Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit $328,000 annually, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate an agreement with the Newfoundland and Labrador Association for the Deaf for visual sign language services, for a five-year term with an option to renew for an additional five-year term.
