Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Office of the Chief Information Officer to pre-commit up to $110,000 annually, against its budgetary appropriations for fiscal years 2020-21 through 2024-25, to facilitate the award of a six-year contract to Xerox for the provision of high-capacity printers to the Department of Finance.
