Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit $15,500,000 in 2020-21 and $5,000,000 in 2021-22, against its budgetary appropriations, to facilitate the award of a contract to Lindsay Construction for the construction of the new Paradise Intermediate School in Paradise.
