Under the authority of the Prerogative of the Crown, following the prorogation of the Second Session of the Forty-Fifth General Assembly of Newfoundland and Labrador on Tuesday, March 21, 2006, His Honour the Lieutenant Governor is hereby moved to issue a proclamation for the Forty-Fifth General Assembly to meet in its Third Session for the dispatch of business on Wednesday, March 22, 2006.
