Under the authority of section 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Natural Resources to pre-commit funds of $342,300 against its budgetary appropriations for the fiscal years 2007-2008 to 2010-2011 for the Provincial Agricultural Limestone Program.
