Under the authority of subsection 4(1) of the Memorial University Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the transfer of land located at the Sir Wilfred Grenfell College Campus of Memorial University of Newfoundland to the Department of Transportation and Works, as outlined in the description of land dated September 12, 2005, attached to the Minister’s Submission.
