Under the authority of subsection 10(2) and section 11 of the Executive Council Act and section 20.3.2 of the Labrador Inuit Land Claims Agreement, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister Responsible for Aboriginal Affairs to sign the Labrador Inuit Framework Taxation Agreement, in substantially the same form as the agreement on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
