Under the authority of section 126 of the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act and further to the direction provided in OC2005-593, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to extend the time frame from March 31, 2006 to no later than May 31, 2006 for the Review Committee to review, consider, report and make recommendations to the Lieutenant Governor in Council on matters respecting the Workplace Health, Safety and Compensation Act and Regulations and the administration of each as the Committee considers appropriate.
