Under the authority of section 4(5) of the Public Tender Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the leasing of 2,500 square feet of warehouse space in the Plastik Industries of Canada Ltd. Building, 38 Utah Drive, Stephenville, NL from Plastik Industries of Canada Ltd., for the Multi-Materials Stewardship Board, on a month to month basis to March 31, 2007 under the existing terms and conditions and at the existing rental payment of $17,225.04 per annum.
