Under the authority of sections 54 and 90 of the Constitution Act, 1867, the Lieutenant-Governor is pleased to cause a message to be delivered to the Honourable Minister of Finance and President of Treasury Board recommending Main Supply for 2019-20 in the amount of $2,622,521,200, in addition to the amount of $2,864,878,600 authorized by the Interim Supply Act, 2019 and $2,089,149,900 authorized by the Interim Supply Act, 2019 No. 2, details thereof being set forth in the Schedule attached as Annex A to the Minister's Submission.
