Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 6(3) of the Independent Appointments Commission Act and on resolution of the House of Assembly, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the following individuals to the Independent Appointments Commission, with effect from a current date, for a three-year term:
a) Gerald Lloyd Anderson;
b) Peggy Bartlett; and
c) Edward Roberts, Q.C.
