Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a Crown grant for an area not exceeding 25.68 hectares to the Town of Labrador City, Labrador, for the purpose of a light industrial / commercial business park, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable to such grants.
