Under the authority of subsection 20(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the waiver of a condition of Crown Grant Number 402 that restricts the assigning, letting or otherwise parting with the possession of any land comprised in the grant so as to permit the severance of a parcel of land measuring an area of 0.505 hectare, situated in the Town of Cormack, for the purpose of an existing residence, subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
