Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act and after being satisfied that a portion of highway is no longer required for use of the public as a highway, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close that section of former highway reservation known as Duggan’s Road, measuring 0.534 hectare as outlined and described in the survey plan and description on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, and to authorize the Minister of Transportation and Works to convey that section of former highway reservation to 10538 Nfld. Limited, subject to those terms and conditions that the Minister may prescribe.
