Under the authority of subsections 10(2), 13(1) and 15(3) of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Atlantic Accord Implementation Newfoundland and Labrador Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to approve the appointment of Roger Grimes as Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board for a six-year term, in accordance with the salary and terms agreed to with the federal government.
