Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act and after being satisfied that a portion of highway is no longer required for use of the public as a highway, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close that section of highway reservation located at Route 220-10, Marine Drive, Marystown, measuring 0.0083 hectare as outlined and described in the survey plan and description on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, and to transfer forever the administration and control of that section of highway reservation to the Minister of Environment and Conservation.
