Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act and after being satisfied that portions of highway are no longer required for use of the public as a highway, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close those two sections of former highway reservation located at the highway previously known as Route 10 (Old Cabot Highway), Lethbridge, and now known as Route 234-11-2, measuring areas of 237.8 square metres and 906.1 square metres as outlined and described in the survey plans and descriptions on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, and to authorize the transfer of those sections of former highway reservation by the Minister of Transportation and Works to Robert Lethbridge, subject to those terms and conditions that the Minister may prescribe.
