Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit against budgetary appropriations as follows: $300,000 against its budgetary appropriations for 2020-21, $429,500 against its budgetary appropriations for 2021-22, and $300,000 against its budgetary appropriations for 2022-23, to facilitate a contract with the Institute for Quality Management in Healthcare.
