Orders in Council Database

Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Transportation and Works to pre-commit against its budgetary appropriations as follows:
a) $65,925 in each of 2020-21 and 2021-22 and $54,938 in 2022-23, excluding HST, to facilitate the lease of 2,637 square feet of office space in St. John’s from Beothuck Investments Inc.; and
b) $12,575 in each of 2020-21 and 2021-22 and $10,480 in 2022-23, excluding HST, to facilitate the lease of 503 square feet of office space in St. John’s from Beothuck Investments Inc.
