Under the authority of subsection 26(4) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Department of Health and Community Services to pre-commit the expenditure of funds against budgetary appropriations for a 30-year contract term beginning in fiscal year 2023-24, in accordance with the contract payment schedule on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, to facilitate a contract with Corner Brook Health Partnership for an acute care hospital in Corner Brook.
