Under the authority of section 14 of the Conflict of Interest Act, 1995, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint the incumbents of the following positions, and their successors, to the Conflict of Interest Advisory Committee:
a) Chair and Chief Executive Officer of the Public Service Commission;
b) Assistant Deputy Minister – Courts and Legal Services in the Department of Justice;
c) Deputy Minister of the Human Resource Secretariat;
d) Deputy Minister of the Department of Transportation and Works; and
e) President of the College of the North Atlantic.
