Under the authority of subsection 4(2) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the issuance by the Minister of Environment and Conservation of a Crown land grant comprising of an area of land not exceeding 43.8 hectares situate at Bellevue to LMareido Enterprises Limited for the purpose of a commercial golf course subject to the terms and conditions usually applicable to such grants.
