Under the authority of section 3 of the Works, Services and Transportation Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to permanently close that section of abandoned highway reservation contained within the boundaries of the plan delineating an area of 10.47 hectares, as described and outlined in documentation on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council, located at West Bottom, Halls Bay, NL, and to forever transfer the administration and control of the section of abandoned highway reservation to the Minister of Environment and Conservation.
