Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, effective April 7, 2006, to consist of two branches each led by an Assistant Deputy Minister: i) Tourism; and ii) Culture and Recreation.
