Under the authority of sections 5 and 17 of the Executive Council Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to restructure the Department of Transportation and Works, effective April 7, 2006, with four branches each led by an Assistant Deputy Minister:

i)  Transportation;

ii)  Works;

iii)  Strategic and Corporate Services; and

iv)  Marine Services.
