Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby discontinues the appointment of Mr. Terry McCarthy as Senior Co-ordinator, Trans Labrador Highway in the Department of Transportation and Works, effective April 28, 2006, with Mr. McCarthy to receive termination benefits in accordance with the Executive Pay Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016, with the following exception:  severance benefits (if any) are not to be deducted from other termination benefits.
