Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Marian Fushell as Assistant Deputy Minister – Primary, Elementary and Secondary Education (Acting) in the Department of Education, effective April 28, 2006, with salary to be determined in accordance with the Executive Compensation Plan Policies and Procedures approved by MC91-0016.
