Under the authority of section 10 of the Electoral Boundaries Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Newfoundland and Labrador Electoral Districts Boundaries Commission to appoint Mr. Toby McDonald, Q.C. of Tobias McDonald Law Office to serve as Legal Counsel to the Commission, in accordance with the budget on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
