Under the authority of section 85 of the Family Law Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to make the Regulations entitled, “Child Support Guidelines Regulations (Amendment),” a copy of which are attached as Annex A of the Minister’s Submission on file with the Clerk of the Executive Council.
