Under the authority of subsection 17(2) of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council hereby authorizes the Minister of Natural Resources to accept the settlement offer of $1,020,014.93 and write off the remaining $77,497.07 of the Department of National Defence’s debt relating to fire suppression costs.
