Under the authority of section 9 of the Executive Council Act and the Prerogative of the Crown, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to appoint Mary Taylor-Ash as the Assistant Deputy Minister – Tourism in the Department of Tourism, Culture and Recreation, effective from a current date, with salary atstep 3 of the 1500 Point Scale of the Executive Compensation Plan, with a job description to be forwarded to the Public Service Secretariat for classification purposes that will not negatively impact Ms. Taylor-Ash’s salary and with any salary increase, where applicable, on the basis of the classification process to be effective the date of her appointment.
