Under the authority of section 7(2)(d) of the Lands Act, the Lieutenant Governor in Council is pleased to authorize the Minister of Environment and Conservation to issue a grant of Crown land comprising an area of 385 square metres at Fleur de Lys in the Electoral District of Baie Verte to Neil Lewis and Charlotte Lewis for the purpose of a residence, subject to the terms and conditions normally applicable for the issuance of such grants.
